Research on Theory and Technology of Floor Heave Control in Semicoal Rock Roadway: Taking Longhu Coal Mine in Qitaihe Mining Area as an Example

Abstract As one of the most common disasters in deep mine roadway, floor heave has caused serious obstacles to transportation and normal production activities. For problem stability, this paper establishes mechanical model analyze stability by analogy with basement foundation pit. It provides reference for analyzing heave. Aiming at mine, established using FLAC3D, after support according on-site measures. Through analysis distribution plastic area, stress nephogram, displacement field simulation results, results show that roof reduced 15% 23%, but still 770 mm, which close measured roadway. In order solve integrate economic factors, puts forward three optimization schemes, simulates effect each scheme, finally determines scheme 3 best scheme. Compared under original support, amount 81%, final 150 can meet requirements deformation. provide guidance optimization.
